Q) Why have I only received part of my order?
A) The dispatch date is stated on the individual product page. If you have ordered more than 1 item that is on pre order please be aware your order will most likely be dispatched in separate packages on separate dates in line with the delivery date on the product pages.
Please refer back to the product page to view your delivery dates, you will receive tracking on dispatch:) Please note your order will be shipped with the given shipping method stated at checkout once this item is in stock.
Q) Where is my order?
A) Your order may be on pre-order. All pre-orders are created for each customer as an exclusive order to guarantee and ensure that the customer will be able to get one of the limited styles. Please refer back to the product page to view your delivery dates, you will receive tracking on dispatch:)
Q) How do I exchange/return my parcel, and am I eligible to do so with my pre-order?
A) Yes you are eligible to exchange or return your pre-order, you have 30 days from dispatch to return this. To exchange/return please follow the instructions on the paperwork included in your parcel.
